​Digital Services: MicroBurstMedia provides media services to businesses and organizations, including but not limited to media management, content creation, marketing, advertising, web design and development.

Fees and Payments: We charge fees for our services, which are outlined in our service agreement. Fees are due and payable in accordance with the service agreement. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services immediately.

Intellectual Property: MicroBurstMedia retains all rights to intellectual property, including but not limited to websites, software, content, and trademarks. Businesses, clients, partnerships etc. retain all rights to their own original intellectual property rights. All parties are prohibited and may not use other parties' intellectual property without prior written consent.

Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of all our clients' information and take measures to protect it. We may disclose client information only by consent of the client as necessary or as required by law.

Termination: Either party may terminate services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination, we will remove any and all clients and or businesses deliverables and information that was obtained in connection through our services.

Liability: MicroBurstMedia is not liable for any financial losses, damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, arising through the use of digital services or the inability to use our services. We do not guarantee the success of any media strategy or campaign.

Governing Law: These terms of service are governed by the laws of the state or province in which we are located. Any legal action arising from or related to these terms of service shall be filed in the state or province in which we are located.

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms of service at any time, and as such updates or modifications will be effective upon posting on our website.
